We look at the 5 core values you can find in every product or service, the 2 rules that apply in case of special conditions, plus at the for steps when you want to handle objections. Some say his lectures and training methods are, like himself, a little crazy. And they are probably not entirely wrong. But that is exactly what makes Daniel Enz, CSP, stand out as a sales trainer and speaker. Daniel Enz warns: “We go live – and with real customers!” With his young and dynamic manner, he has already inspired hundreds of thousands of people in his lectures & sales training sessions for well-known companies around the world. He is one of the TOP 100 trainers in the German-speaking region. The #1 Swiss Newspaper quoted: “He is one of the best in his field!”

Some speakers were seemingly born to be the centre of attention, jazz hands at the ready! But others join our profession due to a deep authentic calling – the powerful desire to share something unique and important – despite naturally shying away from the spotlight. Whether as a result neurodivergence, introversion, past trauma or natural newbie nervousness, you may feel overwhelmed at times by the pressures of the platform – the need to be visible on Social Media, the vulnerability of publishing creative work or the thrill-slash-terror of taking Centre Stage! This session will help you to show up as who you really are, cultivating the courage and confidence to #StandOut.
Kate Trafford is a Master Coach, Fellow of the PSA and author of ‘Get There, Love Here! The busy professional’s guide to authentic, enjoyable success’. As a coach, Kate became fascinated by the ways we unconsciously limit our own success and happiness. She discovered many little-known secrets of how to release this resistance – so progress can be both swift and enjoyable – qualifying along the way as a Master Hypnotherapist. Kate has 24+ years’ experience helping business leaders and their teams drive for big results – and love the journey!

To #StandOut as a speaker you need to use stories. Sadly, the “epic stories” we tend to think of as motivational only work in specific circumstances. For most people, much of the time, the research evidence is that it can actually stop our audiences taking action and reduce our impact! What’s more, concentrating on ‘epic stories’ disempowers – intimidates even – more typical speakers… the speakers who make up most of the industry. So we need an alternative. Something that’s better for more of our audiences and better for more of us. StoryMaking is a keynote presentation about how we can find – and use – the “tactical stories” we need to make impact on stage, and how we will stand out because of that impact. We’ll blend inspiration and tactics with simple, tested tools to help people act on the inspiration. Speakers get the motivation to be different, and tools to get them there! There’s no point in telling people to be taller unless you also give them a box to stand on.
Simon spent 24 years as a research scientist – his PhD looked at the causes of childhood leukaemia and the techniques he pioneered revolutionised the way medical data is analysed. He then accidentally became the manager of the UK’s largest social science research unit – the second most influential in the world. He’s also toured Europe and the UK as a lighting designer for dance companies; been a commissioned playwright; and worked both an actor, and Director for operas. His book Presentation Genius was a best seller on the high street, reaching the giddy heights of number six – one under Alan Sugar’s autobiography.

When we over-deliver to our clients, we win their hearts and minds. We all want repeat business, referrals and raving testimonials. So why wouldn’t you plan for success?
Have you ever had an audience that gives you very little? I had a room with 60 teachers in it who I think were ALL introverts! Many speakers have found themselves having trouble connecting with certain people in their audience; sometimes in a training room, or online too. Maybe it’s difficult to get attendees to participate in their exercises.
Accessibility is incredibly important, and the bigger your audience, the more inclusive you need to be. You’ll get incredible glowing recommendations, and potentially start new conversations with your clients that you hadn’t expected because you look confident, slick, expert and professional. You won’t always know when there are audience members who are visually impaired, hearing impaired and neurodivergent, but there are things you can do to make everyone feel engaged.
You can’t be all things to all people, so I will be giving you 3 quick tips to follow to ensure your talk, training or lunch-n-learn is more inclusive and you feel more confident about unexpected audience reactions.
Organisations often struggle to attract or retain talented staff due to a lack of reasonable adjustments. Sam Warner, a Neurodivergent Communication Specialist, leverages her lived experience as an Autistic/ADHD woman to enhance Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) policies for leaders. By fostering loyalty, diverse thinking, innovation, and increased profits, organisations benefit while spending less on recruitment due to reduced attrition. Since 2008, Sam has delivered impactful keynotes, training, and coaching for diverse clients, including Nokia, Ocado, The Royal Ballet School, Welsh Water, and the NHS. With an energetic delivery style, Sam draws from her varied industry experiences, leaving the audience with engaging memories and inspiration.

Tea & Coffee Break
11:50 - Main Stage
I will share my life experiences of how to stand out, from childhood leadership roles to making it to speak on stage at the ilustrious Speaking Business Summit. From being the first non-Italian to design a collection for Dolce & Gabbana, featuring on several TV shows, and being taken all over Russia as a special guest DJ. The formula is simple, Stand Up to Stand Out
